Had a great experience with Obie Comfort Solutions. Called them because air conditioner did not work, and they sent Santiago out the next day to check out the problem . Santiago was polite, thorough and tactful. He figured out the problem and we had air conditioning again. I highly recommend Obie Comfort Solutions. We always have a good experience with them

The Obie team did a great job removing an old AC+ gas furnace system and replacing with a new heatpump unit for my condo in Newton. This included new panel and service runs upgrading to 200amp. We have been very happy with the new system and the electrical upgrades! We added on some additional stove ventilation work as well as running a 240v line for an induction stove. This was easily combined with the full project, but kept separate from the rebate and incentive submission project. It was done at a price that was far less than something stand-alone! We also just had Santiago come out for a yearly-system check and he was great. shoes with booties on when inside, closed up and turned off lights in the basement when done etc. Thanks and well done!

Obie has always been great to work with and my latest experience with them (specifically Santiago A.) was no exception. He was able to diagnosis the issue with my tankless water heater and get me on track for short term and long term resolution. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff and the level of service from Obie. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Obie and can recommend them without hesitation. I had a complicated central air install in an older house, and they gave me a competitive quote that was exactly what I wanted. They even helped me apply for the MassSave program. Several other companies told me I couldn't get the install just as I wanted, but Obie said it was no problem and they did it. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and prompt. The project was on time and on budget.

Technician Matt from Obie Comfort had done an excellent job on maintenance work of Mitsubishi mini split AC at my home. He came in on time as scheduled and carefully completed all maintenance jobs, cleaned entire work area after service was completed. his attitude towards to the job is very impressive too.
